As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our logistics and supply chain. You will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while ensuring that goods are efficiently sorted, stored, and shipped. Your duties will involve handling a wide range of tasks such as inventory management, order picking, and loading and unloading materials. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet. Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials in the warehouse.
• Pick and fill orders from stock according to company standards.
• Pack and ship orders accurately and in timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space usage.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Operate and safely handle various warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to management for timely resolution.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods from vehicles as required.
• Use warehouse management software to process and track orders and inventory.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent workplace accidents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification is required for this position.
• Previous working experience as a warehouse associate is preferable.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods is essential.
• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and possibly move heavy items regularly.
