The In Room Dining team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi delivers personalized dining experiences directly to our guests, ensuring comfort, convenience, and exceptional service at any hour of the day.

As an Order Taker, you will report to the In Room Dining Supervisor and serve as the primary communication link between guests and the In Room Dining operation. Working closely with the culinary and service teams, you will help create seamless and memorable dining experiences.

As an Order Taker, you will be responsible for handling guest requests efficiently and professionally while delivering a personalized and engaging guest experience over the telephone.

You will utilize your food and beverage knowledge, communication skills, and sales abilities to guide guests through menu selections, recommend enhancements, and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Through your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence, you will contribute directly to guest satisfaction and departmental success.

• Receive and process In Room Dining orders accurately while delivering personalized and engaging guest interactions
• Utilize menu knowledge to recommend dishes, beverages, promotions, and special offerings that enhance the guest experience
• Coordinate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Provide attentive service to VIP guests and arrange special requests with care and professionalism
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, daily specials, and hotel promotions to support guest inquiries
• Uphold Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA standards through every guest interaction
  

• You have experience in order taking, hospitality sales, Food & Beverage service, or guest service operations
• You possess strong food and beverage knowledge and enjoy recommending products to guests
• You are an excellent communicator with a warm and professional telephone manner
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests efficiently
• You are comfortable using POS systems and coordinating with multiple operational teams
• You communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage
