As a Visual Merchandiser in the Health & Beauty sector, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of the products and the overall shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for designing eye-catching displays and planning the store's layout to attract the attention of shoppers, encourage purchases, and create a memorable brand image. Your creativity and understanding of aesthetics and consumer behavior will be key in implementing strategies that align with our brand messaging and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product management to ensure that visual merchandising goals are effectively integrated into the store’s operations.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing displays that highlight health and beauty products effectively.

• Plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays and updates throughout the store.
• Train store staff on merchandising standards and maintaining display integrity.
• Coordinate with suppliers and designers to source appropriate materials and props.
• Ensure store displays are safe, clean, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Adjust displays based on inventory levels, new product launches, or marketing campaigns.
• Review and adapt floor plans regularly to optimize customer flow and product exposure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail sector.
• Strong creativity, artistic ability, and understanding of visual composition principles.
• Proficiency in design software and technology related to retail merchandising.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with various departments and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work during non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Healthy understanding of consumer behavior and latest retail industry trends.
