Responsibilities
Coordinate visa applications and renewals, ensuring timely submission of documents.
Oversee labor contract processes and maintain accurate employee records.
Act as a liaison with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Facilitate the process for work and residence permits for international employees.
Advise management and employees on visa and labor law procedures and regulations.
Manage the cancellation and rectification process of visas and permits efficiently.
Keep abreast of changes in immigration policies and labor laws to implement necessary updates.
Organize and maintain documentation, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.
Provide administrative support for employee onboarding and termination processes.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with all governmental regulations.
Coordinate with HR to address and resolve any visa-related queries or issues promptly.
Report to management regarding the status of visas and work permits regularly.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum three years of experience in a Visa and Labor Coordinator role.
Proven knowledge of visa application processes and labor law regulations.
Strong communication skills for interfacing with government officials and employees.
Detail-oriented with an ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Proficient in using office software and government portal applications efficiently.
Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
