Could you be the full-time onsite VIE Legal in Dubai we’re looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your legal expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and resourceful teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the execution and compliance of all regional legal activities in the MENAT Cluster while adhering to Group global policies and procedures. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as bid teams and governance committees), draft and review agreements, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the follow-up of the governance aspects of the different entities within the MENAT Region.
  • Supporting the development and promotion of anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, ethical, and general compliance policies, procedures, and measures within the region, in line with Group policies.
  • Assisting the legal teams in the organization of Board meetings and AGMs.
  • Staying up to date on regulatory and law changes.
  • Assisting in devising and conducting legal and compliance training.
  • Collaborating with other Legal team members and exchanging best practices.
  • Effectively liaising with external counsels.
  • Providing day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders and legal teams.
  • Drafting commercial agreements for customers, suppliers, or clients who are internationally active.
  • Demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving in an international industrial environment."

  • Degree in Law (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience or understanding of reviewing and drafting agreements, as well as identifying legal risks and possible solutions.
  • Knowledge of compliance policies, including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and ethical standards.
  • Familiarity with governance aspects, such as organizing Board meetings and AGMs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proactive and resourceful personality with a willingness to learn.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Experience in drafting commercial agreements for international stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay up to date on regulatory and legal changes.
  • Confidence and adaptability in an international industrial environment.
