• Review and provide feedback on team members’ video projects as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing trends and technologies.
• Develop best practices for video processes to improve efficiency and creativity.
• Address and resolve video editing challenges and technical issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film/Video Production or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in using video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and storytelling techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to handle constructive criticism and implement feedback efficiently.
