UX / UI Designer 21J25

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for user-centered design, with the ability to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for researching and understanding user needs, incorporating that knowledge into creating wireframes, prototypes, and compelling designs that enhance the overall user experience. This role requires a collaborative mindset, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user flow diagrams, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Translate concepts into user flows and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance designs.
• Develop UI components and design systems to maintain design consistency.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design standards are met in final products.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Create visually appealing interfaces while balancing user experience needs.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems through data-driven insights and testing.
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions with team members.
• Document and present design ideas and prototypes for internal and client reviews.
• Ensure branding guidelines and standards are consistently applied across interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a design context.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML/CSS is a plus.
