UAE Credit Graduate Trainee - Jan 2026

Key Responsibilities

As a Credit Graduate Trainee, you will:

• Credit Risk Assessment: Assist in evaluating the creditworthiness of customers by analyzing financial statements, payment history, and market conditions.
• Account Management: Support the management of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies or disputes.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain credit reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor customer credit limits and payment behaviors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Care to ensure smooth credit operations and alignment with business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of credit management processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to L’Oréal’s credit policies and procedures, as well as local regulatory requirements.
  
  

• Confident in using with ease Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
• Analytical mindset, statistics savvy & makes numbers meaningful to summarize 360 data
• Communicates with impact, clarity and conviction
• Future oriented and detects new trends
• Able to operate in a fast-moving environment and to manage time efficiently
• Fluent in Arabic (Written and Spoken)
  
  

• You must be in your final year or a fresh graduate (less than 2 years)
• You must be available for at least 6-12 months
