Role Overview

The Treasury Manager will oversee the company’s cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk management. This role is vital for ensuring optimal capital structure, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting fundraising and investment initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow, forecasts, and liquidity planning across multiple business units and jurisdictions
• Optimize working capital and oversee short-term and long-term investment strategies
• Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
• Monitor FX exposure and interest rate risk, proposing appropriate hedging strategies where applicable
• Support fundraising and capital allocation planning in collaboration with the CFO and executive leadership
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, local banking regulations, and financial reporting standards
• Drive automation and process improvements in treasury operations
• Contribute to board-level reporting and financial strategy discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 5+ years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience, ideally in fintech, tech, or financial services
• Deep understanding of cash management, FX risk, banking operations, and investment principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., ERP, treasury management software) and Excel modeling
• Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and banking landscape
