United Diesel is specialized in commercial vehicles and is the authorized distributor of Renault Trucks, Tata Motor, Buses and Trucks. It offers complete after Sales Services and provides innovative transport solutions.

Job Purpose

The role involves ensuring timely renewal and compliance of licenses, obtaining new licenses required for business operations, and securing necessary external approvals from UAE authorities. It also includes promptly resolving any issues that arise and providing support to the UD in preparing legal documents and handling administrative tasks. The goal is to facilitate seamless business operations by maintaining regulatory compliance and efficient licensing processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Submit necessary documents to various government bodies for approvals.
  • Track the progress of submitted requests and applications.
  • Address queries or additional requirements from authorities.
  • Liaise with government officials to expedite the approval process.
  • Maintain records of all communications and approvals received
  • Identify potential problems early and develop proactive solutions.
  • Handle unexpected issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties to resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business operations while resolving issues.
  • Document problem-solving processes and outcomes for future reference.
  • Prepare and submit renewal applications to appropriate government authorities.
  • Ensure all required documentation and fees are provided on time.
  • Track changes in licensing requirements and adapt processes accordingly.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • UAE National with a minimum high school degree

Experience

  • 0-1 year similar experience

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong English and Arabic writing and speaking proficiency skills
  • Strong understanding of government processes, legislative procedures, and public policy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
