Job Description

A Training Coordinator is a vital role within any organization, facilitating and overseeing training programs that enhance employees' skills and knowledge to foster career growth and organizational development. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to employee needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and online resources.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and feedback.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training requirements.
  • Ensure training initiatives comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Track and report on training outcomes, attendance, and participants' progress.
  • Maintain training databases and update employee training records regularly.
  • Organize certifications and track re-certifications for employees where needed.
  • Communicate regularly with employees and trainers to ensure program alignment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to introduce innovative training solutions.
  • Liaise with external trainers and training partners for specialized workshops.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in training coordination or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and changing priorities.
  • Experience designing training programs and delivering presentations is a plus.
