Job Description

As a Textile Fabric Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our textile business. You will be responsible for identifying and establishing new client relationships while maintaining and expanding existing ones. Your expertise in textiles and sales acumen will enable you to effectively promote our products and grow market share. This role requires a deep understanding of the fabric industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering lasting business relationships. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a track record of achieving sales targets and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the textile industry.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs in textiles.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting product benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize company profitability.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
  • Provide feedback and market intelligence to management for strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the textile or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of textile products and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
