Job Summary

We are looking a proactive experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in white collar recruitment. The ideal candidate  will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating the hiring of professional and managerial-level candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., online sourcing ,screening , networking, referrals, headhunting) to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates qualifications
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Facilitate the decision-making process and negotiate job offers with candidates .
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system(ATS)

Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experienced as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist , preferably in service sector
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment process and best practices.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage  multiple priorities in fast paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrations, or a related field 
• English proficiency is a must
• Candidates with their Own Visa and Cancelled visa
• Immediate availability mandatory.
