We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Representative with a strong background in the real estate industry to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via telephone to promote and sell real estate listings.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market, including current listings, market conditions, and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other telemarketing techniques.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
