Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions, provide detailed product information, and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and promotions at all times.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Record customer information, interactions, and sales details accurately into the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to explore new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on sales strategies and objectives.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide feedback to the team and management to improve services and sales processes.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing roles is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an enthusiastic phone presence.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a sales environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills are a must.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
