The Telesales Representative role is a pivotal position within our sales team, responsible for driving revenue through inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Update customer records accurately in the CRM system after every interaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and objections with professionalism and tact.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive research and networking.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least one year in a telesales or customer service role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective outreach.
  • Proficient with CRM software and other sales-related computer applications.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a persuasive and confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales/marketing is a plus.
