This role involves strategic outreach, database management, and lead sourcing through various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted outreach to potential attendees based on a provided list of company names and accounts.
• Secure written confirmations within a set timeline through consistent follow-ups.
• Utilize internal databases and direct company contact to source additional leads as needed.
• Maintain an organized tracking system for confirmations and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all guest acquisition goals are met.
