Job Description

The Telesales Executive for Financial Services plays a crucial role in driving the sales growth and customer acquisition for our company. In this role, you will utilize your telesales expertise to communicate with potential clients over the phone, introducing them to our range of financial products and services. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of prospective customers, providing relevant information, and converting these leads into loyal customers. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound telesales calls to prospective clients about our financial services.
  • Identify potential customers through lead generation techniques and research.
  • Engage potential leads and establish a relationship over the phone.
  • Understand customer needs and sell financial products that meet those needs.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Document customer feedback and opinions to improve product offerings and strategies.
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and marketing approaches.
  • Provide regular reports on telesales activities and outcomes to management.
  • Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding financial services selling and telesales practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, including loans, insurance, and investments.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective selling.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking software to manage customer interactions.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in finance or related field is a plus.
