Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front office operations to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise front office staff ensuring high-performance standards.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain facility standards.
  • Manage daily financial procedures including billing and cash handling tasks.
  • Implement and monitor effectiveness of customer feedback systems for improvements.
  • Handle VIP guests and customized guest experiences with professionalism and discretion.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with guests and employees.
  • Analyze front office operations reports and develop efficiency strategies.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.
  • Manage room reservations and ensure accurate booking and room availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in front office management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written in a smooth manner.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and solve problems promptly and efficiently.
  • Exemplary organizational skills with keen attention to detail in execution.
