Job Description

As a Telesales Executive (Arabic) at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business by engaging with customers and clients in Arabic-speaking markets. This position requires a passionate and results-driven individual who excels in communication and persuasion. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote our products or services, close sales, and address any inquiries or issues that arise. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent Arabic language skills who is looking to elevate their sales career in a dynamic, fast-paced company.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential Arab-speaking clients and prospects.
  • Actively promote and sell company products or services over the telephone.
  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions to fulfill their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients over the phone.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
  • Maintain an updated and organized record for all sales activities in CRM software.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to adjust sales techniques accordingly.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales call reports to management and team leaders.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic is required for effective communication with clients.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales successfully.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other related sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further education is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in challenging circumstances.
