Job Description

As a Telesales Executive (Arabic), you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our presence within the Arabic-speaking market. Your primary focus will be engaging with prospective and existing clients over the phone to offer our products or services. By effectively communicating the value propositions in Arabic, you will foster relationships and close sales, thereby contributing to the growth of our business. This role requires a persuasive communicator who is passionate about customer interaction and has a knack for sales. You will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve shared goals. A motivated individual with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to speak and write fluently in Arabic will thrive in this position.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers through telephone calls to offer company products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Arabic-speaking market.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet them.
  • Update CRM systems with detailed call notes and customer feedback after each call.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs as set by the sales management.
  • Attend periodic training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Monitor competitive market activities and gather insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to present to management on a regular basis.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential new markets.
  • Participate in sales events and meetings as needed to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written skills in both.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
  • Strong negotiation and influential selling skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a polite and engaging telephone manner.
  • Willingness to attend training sessions and adapt to new sales strategies.
