Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is a crucial role in driving the digital marketing strategy and execution for our organization. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. They will collaborate across departments, including Creative, Sales, and IT, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, make strategic decisions, and utilize data to optimize marketing initiatives. Creativity, innovation, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior are critical to excelling in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and effective marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Adjust digital marketing strategies based on data analytics and campaign results.
  • Lead SEO, SEM, and paid advertising efforts to enhance online visibility.
  • Manage social media strategies and initiatives across various channels.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to implement digital marketing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in digital marketing.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to foster professional development.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while achieving marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing management or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize marketing campaign performance.
