Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales processes, responsible for driving our business forward by reaching out to potential customers through telephonic sales calls. In this role, your main goal will be to convert leads into successful sales by effectively communicating the value of our products and services. You will be part of a dynamic team where your sales experience and customer service excellence will shine, helping meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Engage potential and existing customers proactively through outbound telephone calls.
  • Identify and cultivate potential sales opportunities through cold calling and warm lead follow-ups.
  • Communicate the benefits and features of our products in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics as set by the sales manager.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, purchase histories, and sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize sales scripts and product knowledge to address customer questions and handle objections efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and the preparation of sales reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new sales techniques.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, demands, and potential improvements to sales processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and effectively explain them to prospects.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and details of competitor offerings.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales or marketing is a plus.
