Job Description

As a Telecaller in the Real Estate sector, you will play a pivotal role in connecting potential buyers with their dream properties. You will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective leads, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value of real estate offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets. Equally important, you'll need to be well-versed in current market trends to provide accurate and helpful information to potential clients. If you are passionate about real estate and have a knack for sales and customer service, this could be an exciting opportunity for you to grow in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outgoing calls to potential clients in a professional manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs and offer appropriate real estate solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain an updated list of properties to provide accurate information during calls.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Record detail of inquiries, comments, and complaints in the CRM system diligently.
  • Coordinate with sales team members to schedule appointments and site visits.
  • Provide potential buyers with necessary information about site features and amenities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of current market trends and competitive products.
  • Ensure a quick resolution of consumer concerns and query management.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as set by the management team.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and an engaging telephone manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices for efficient client handling.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate real estate solutions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet expectations.
  • Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
