Job Description

As a Tele Sales Executive specializing in Credit Card Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our financial services. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone to sell credit card products. This position is essential to our sales team as it involves crafting persuasive sales pitches, building rapport with customers, and successfully closing sales deals. You need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to listen to customer needs and articulate the benefits of our credit products effectively. Your proactive approach and enthusiasm will greatly contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate telephonic contact with potential leads to drive credit card sales.
  • Develop and fine-tune persuasive sales pitches to maximize conversion rates.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable credit card solutions accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all credit card products offered by the company.
  • Record detailed customer interactions and track sales progress in CRM systems.
  • Provide excellent post-sale support and address any customer queries or complaints.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation activities.
  • Follow-up diligently on previously contacted prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Keep abreast of industry and market trends to effectively pitch the products.
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Handle customer objections by providing accurate information and reassurance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in credit card or banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, especially credit card features and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tracking tools for record-keeping.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or finance are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
