We are seeking a talented Tele Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other outreach methods.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to closing the sale.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
High school diploma; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and objections.
