Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tele Caller fluent in Tagalog to join our dynamic customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English, with a proven ability to interact with clients and provide exceptional service over the phone. The Tele Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented approach to handle various customer interactions daily. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers using a provided contact list daily.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and timely.
  • Promote and explain products or services to persuade customers to purchase.
  • Record customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints accurately.
  • Follow communication scripts and establish a rapport with customers effectively.
  • Upsell products and services by offering tailored solutions to clients’ needs.
  • Maintain an updated customer database to facilitate streamlined communication.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to share information and strategies for success.
  • Attend training sessions to continuously improve sales and communication skills.
  • Keep up-to-date with product changes and new offers to provide accurate information.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Tagalog and English is essential for this position.
  • Proven experience in a similar customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory for success.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and contact management systems is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
