Job Description

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Tele Caller to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires someone who is not only proactive but also has exceptional communication skills to engage potential customers over the phone. The Tele Caller will be responsible for generating sales leads, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into customers to meet the company's sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a knack for persuasion and the ability to establish rapport quickly over the telephone. Responsibilities

  • Initiate calls to potential customers with the intent of converting them into sales.
  • Maintain a daily record of calls and results achieved through the information system.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products to potential customers.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with patience and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and gauge customer satisfaction post-purchase.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to drive cross-selling opportunities.
  • Update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with call details and feedback.
  • Provide regular reports on call performance to the team leader.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in team meetings and sharing best practices for improvement.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Proven experience in a tele-calling or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during challenging calls.
  • Strong aptitude for multitasking and managing time effectively.
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications like MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet stringent targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
