Job Description

A Tele Caller plays a crucial role in the customer service domain, acting as the bridge between a business and its clients. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for initiating telephonic communication with prospective and existing clients to foster a strong relationship between them and the company. Your primary aim will be to convey information about the company's products and services, handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and secure appointments or sales. The position demands a strong command of verbal communication, patience, understanding of customer needs, and an ability to handle multiple calls concurrently. A successful Tele Caller should be an excellent communicator, highly motivated, and capable of meeting targets while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor on all calls.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and sales.
  • Manage inbound calls with professionalism to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Provide detailed information regarding products, services, and compelling offers.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all telephonic interactions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and quality.
  • Handle customer complaints and grievances with patience and utmost professionalism.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
  • Keep updated with the latest product knowledge and company protocols.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and improve customer experience.
  • Follow up on customer calls where necessary and further customer queries via emails.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a clear, pleasant voice over the phone.
  • Patience, ability to handle rejection gracefully, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and using CRM software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
