Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media using design software.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and aesthetics across all visual content.
• Work closely with the project team to understand design requirements and specifications.
• Produce design sketches and prototypes to present ideas to stakeholders.
• Edit and improve designs based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance output quality.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently to meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain organized files for all creative assets and resources utilized.
• Assist in the development and management of brand guidelines and presentation tools.
• Work with other designers to maintain creative excellence and efficient production processes.
• Contribute ideas and designs for branding, marketing, and advertising initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present design ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design and multimedia content development is advantageous.
