We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineer – Mechanical to join our team for ongoing building construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting), with hands-on experience in technical review, coordination, and site support.

Key Responsibilities

Review and prepare mechanical design/shop drawings and material submittals in accordance with project specifications and standards.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure accurate implementation of MEP systems.

Provide technical support to project and site teams during execution.

Participate in design coordination and clash detection using BIM tools when required.

Assist in resolving design and installation issues and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (DEWA, DCD, etc.) and UAE construction codes.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering within building construction projects in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and other MEP design software.

Good understanding of site execution processes and technical documentation.
