Technical Business Analyst

Within the Data & Reporting team, we focus on providing stakeholders across our organisation, as well as our investors, with up-to-date and accurate data and financial information. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of this team and contribute to further developing our internal technical landscape to enable data-driven decision-making.

The team is compact and operates with short communication lines. There is ample opportunity to share your ideas, take initiative, and approach your work proactively and in a structured manner. The role is based in our modern Amsterdam office.

Your Responsibilities

• Contributing to and coordinating multiple data and IT project
• Thinking strategically and helping translate business needs into concrete actions
• Translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Aligning with stakeholders across business, IT, and external parties
• Collaborating with development partners and acting as a content-driven sparring partner
• Taking on (partial) Product Owner responsibilities for delivered products
• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the data layer
  
  
  

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience (e.g., as a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or IT Consultant)
• Experience in an environment where business and IT collaborate closely
• Able to manage multiple projects in parallel, with support where needed
• Combines business acumen with technical depth
• Proactive, structured, and strong communicator
• Maintains oversight in a growing and evolving IT/data environment
• Experience working with external vendors or development partners is a plus
• Educational background preferably in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business IT & Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience within a data-driven organization
• Experience with data implementations, system integrations, or platform migrations
• Affinity with private equity / venture capital / finance is a plus, but not required
