What youll be doing:

The SAP Tech Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable and maintainable SAP solutions to support business requirements. This role involves managing a team of SAP developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating with functional and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions across various SAP modules. The role demands deep technical expertise in SAP development tools and platforms, along with strong leadership and project management capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of SAP solutions, including analysis, design, development, and implementation.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP developers across modules such as Retail, POS, EWM, and CAR.
• Translate functional specifications into detailed technical designs and guide development accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices, including performance optimization.
• Oversee development activities including coding, code reviews, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks in development phases.
• Drive innovation by staying updated with emerging SAP technologies such as ABAP RESTful Programming Model, Fiori/UI5, BTP, and CDS Views.
• Support integration scenarios using PI/PO, BAPI, BADI, OData services, and other middleware tools.
• Provide support for S/4HANA migration and implementation projects.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues and system bottlenecks.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and promote knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in SAP development with at least 3 years in a technical lead role
• Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering SAP solutions
• Exposure to large-scale SAP implementations and S/4HANA migrations preferred
