Job Purpose:

Supervising of all PPM & Reactive works

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate operation and corrective maintenance services for pumps, motors, panel boards, HVACunits, chillers, BMS, etc.
  • Supervise routine checkup and troubleshooting of air handling unit, mechanical pump/ motor,exhaust fan motors and plumbing.
  • Monitor performance of outsourced companies and approve issuance of permits to contractors.
  • Delegate and coordinate MEP tasks to subordinates to ensure completion of all MEP works at site.
  • Provide report to management on daily/weekly/monthly issues for improved services and to ensurethe correct services are delivered.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and assist other team members in different work disciplines as required in order to meet all work assignments.

  • Managing work on time

Qualifications:

  • ITI/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics

  • Good communication and coordination skills are essential. Personable & friendly, hardworking, outgoing with a dedicated mind set, customer focused with a team player mentality.
