We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead with expertise in network security to oversee security infrastructure and ensure the protection of systems and data for our client. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of network security protocols, risk management, and incident response strategies.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of network security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security solutions.
• Prepare reports on security status, incidents, and compliance metrics.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills in network security.
• Network Design & Implementation: Design and implement secure LAN, WAN, and wireless networks to support organizational needs.
• Optimize network performance through capacity planning and traffic analysis.
• Deploy and configure network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Compliance & Documentation: Conduct periodic security audits and ensure adherence to ISO 27001 and other relevant standards.
• Maintain network diagrams, configuration files, and change logs.
• Add documentation for troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues.
  
  

• Minimum 6 years of experience in network security with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall policies.
• Familiarity with project management practices (PMP or ITIL preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other network security technologies.
