Responsibilities

  • Assist in negotiating offers and finalizing employment arrangements with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruiting activities and results.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through networking and sourcing techniques.

  • Stay updated on labor laws and employment trends to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition for at least 3 years.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methods and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to use recruitment and HR software with proficiency and confidence.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate offers and mediate employment discussions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
