Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing real estate transactions and ensuring that all activities comply with legal and regulatory standards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead a team of real estate agents, provide expert guidance to clients, and drive sales operations to achieve company growth targets. You will act as the main point of contact in sales negotiations and transactions, providing insights and ensuring excellent customer service. An ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee all real estate transactions to ensure they meet legal compliance standards.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand recognition and customer base.
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  • Act as a mediator during negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales metrics and team performance to management.
  • Assist in the resolution of any issues or conflicts that may arise during a transaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with the sales team to ensure consistent skill improvement.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of listings and customer contacts for efficient service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate market.
  • Stay informed about current market trends and property prices to offer updated information to clients.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with all property laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Broker, with a strong sales record.
  • Valid broker's license that meets state regulatory requirements for practice.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to guide and manage a sales team effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle high-pressure transactions calmly.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
