Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in T24 Operations & Management.
- Experience with core banking (Temenos T24).
- Experience with T24 core modules, non-core integration, and architecture.
- Good knowledge of COB process.
- Good communication skills & coordination.
- Automation Skills (APP Dynamics, Shell Scripting, DB Scripting, Python)
- Experience in requirement gathering, specification for user acceptance testing, client interfacing, environment readiness, change request management, interim release management, incident management, project audit compliance, and post-live support activities.
- Experience in TAFC & TAFJ is a must.
Technical Skills
- T24 programming language and administration.
- Application programming interfaces (APIs).
- OFS interface processing.
- User profile creation and security management in T24.
- Utilities like enquiry, menu, composite screen, versions.
- Close of business operations.
- Unix administration (area creation, printer configuration).
- Local development/customization.
- Performance tuning for COB and online transactions.
- Multi-company and extended multi-book company creation.
- T24 browser configuration.
- Knowledge of IRIS, TOCFEE & Tcserver is a must.
- Knowledge in OS scripting.
- 24/7 support required to manage all activities in 10 different countries.
- Core (EB), COB Process, Archival.
- Process optimization, process fine-tuning.
- Deployment process.
- User administration.
- Knowledge in browser & database configuration.
