Role Summary

The Business Analyst will support the Lead Business Analyst in delivering business analysis activities across Core Banking Transformation program workstreams. The role involves gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology delivery within a Temenos T24/Transact transformation environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience within core banking, financial services, or large-scale banking transformation programs.
• Strong functional knowledge of Temenos T24/Transact modules, including:
• Accounts (AA)
• Lending (LD)
• Money Markets (MM)
• Funds Transfer (FT)
• Payments
• Understanding of the BIAN Service Domain Model and API-first architecture principles.
• Experience producing detailed functional and business documentation to a high-quality standard.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and related project management/documentation tools.
  

• Support the Lead Business Analyst in delivering business analysis activities across Core Banking Transformation program workstreams.
• Facilitate and participate in business requirements workshops with stakeholders, capturing and documenting outcomes.
• Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications for assigned modules.
• Analyze existing Temenos T24 (R18) processes and products, identifying gaps and changes required for migration and implementation to newer platform versions.
• Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for assigned workstreams, ensuring end-to-end requirement coverage.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications suitable for development.
• Support functional gap analysis between standard Temenos T24/Transact functionality and business-specific requirements.
• Document BIAN-aligned service domain requirements, including API contracts and service interactions.
• Assist in capturing reporting requirements and data element definitions for Core Data Hub and reporting workstreams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test scenario preparation, business walkthrough facilitation, and defect documentation.
• Produce and maintain functional documentation deliverables, including business process flows, screen mockups, and user guides.
• Coordinate with project governance and design teams on document management, version control, and stakeholder communications.
