We are looking for a dedicated Swimming Pool Technician to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role is responsible for maintaining our hotel’s swimming pools and related water features to the highest standards, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and optimal performance at all times.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To report punctually to duty and to be in proper department standard uniform.
• To treat all customers and colleagues in a polite, courteous manner at all times. To also give full cooperation and assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner to both customer needs.
• To be flexible in assisting in other departments of the hotel in response to the business and customer needs.
  
  
  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out routine inspections, testing, cleaning, and maintenance of swimming pools & water features

• Monitor and adjust chemical levels to ensure water safety and quality in accordance with UAE regulations
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
• Ensure all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and to standard
• Maintain accurate records of chemical levels, servicing, and inspections
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and minimize downtime
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a swimming pool technician in a hotel, resort, or facilities environment in the UAE
• Solid understanding of pool systems, filtration, and water treatment
• Certification in pool operation or water treatment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance
• Availability for face-to-face interviews in Dubai
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction
