Meaningful Work From Day One

The Supply Planning Analyst will oversee forecasting, inventory planning, reporting, and operations for Brown-Forman’s third-party warehouses. This role leads Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activities and partners with Global Supply Chain, Production Operations, Marketing/Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support effective regional supply chain management.

What You Can Expect

1. Demand Planning & Strategic Forecasting

  • Forecast Management:Facilitatethe monthly consensus forecast by collaborating with Commercial teams and customers;maintaincloud-based forecasting tools and ensureaccuratedata integration intoKinaxis.
  • Challenge &Validate: Critically evaluate forecast updates against financial forecast, category trends, and historical performance to ensure realistic projections.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the planning for new product launches, ensuring timeline adherence and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & Performance
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead monthly IBP alignment meetings and prepare comprehensive analyses of demand shifts, risks, opportunities, and gap-to-goal performance.
  • KPI Management: Track and report on key metrics including Forecast Accuracy (FA), Forecast Bias (FB), and Slow Moving & Obsolete Goods (SMOG).
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-dive analytics on variances between actuals and forecasts to drive continuous improvement in planning cycles.
  • Supply, Inventory & Operations Planning
  • Inventory Optimization: Partner with Global Supply Planning tomaintaintarget stock levels at regional warehouses, proactivelyidentifyingOut-of-Stock (OOS) risks or excess inventory.
  • Allocation Management: Oversee the allocation of high-demand, limited-edition, and Value-Added Packs (VAPs); coordinate quantities with Brand and Supply teams.
  • Production & Rework: Manage local rework scheduling and packaging material planning; execute technical transactions in SAP (MIGO) for inbound shipments and local production.
  • Monitor and receive all inbound shipments in SAP for the regional warehouse.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, ora relatedfield.
  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of planning or related business experience, or 4–6 years of combined education and experience in business, finance, supply chain management, ora relatedfield.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in demand and supply planning reviews and leading IBP meetings.
  • Ability to understand and apply standard analytical concepts.
  • Proven ability to plan, analyze, and achieveobjectivesin a complex, changing environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build andmaintaineffective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across diverse cultures.
