Supervisor - Plumbing

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Supervisor Plumbing oversees and coordinates plumbing and drainage installation, operation, and maintenance activities within a designated area.

Job Responsibility

• Supervise and manage a team of plumbing and drainage technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
• Inspect plumbing and drainage systems to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
• Plan and schedule work assignments for the team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of plumbing and drainage materials and equipment, and initiate procurement as needed.
• Train new technicians on proper installation and maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and resolve inter-departmental issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities.
  
  

• MOFA attested Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in plumbing and drainage systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
