Job Description

The Store Supervisor 14D25 plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning. This position involves supervising staff, providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store's environment is welcoming and conducive to business. The Store Supervisor is accountable for setting and achieving sales targets while addressing customer queries and concerns to maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervise, train, and develop store staff to improve performance and morale.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control processes, including ordering and stocking.
  • Establish sales targets and motivate staff to achieve or exceed them.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail managerial role, preferably as a Store Supervisor.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and create strategic plans for improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
