  • Monitor market trends and conditions to adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and specifications.
  • Assess supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and maximize savings on procurement spending.
  • Streamline procurement processes to drive efficiency and reduce lead times for deliveries.
  • Manage procurement projects from initiation to completion with a focus on quality and timeliness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms from suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of procurement software and tools to enhance procurement processes.
  • Analytical mindset to assess market trends and implement strategic sourcing solutions.
