About The Role

As a Steward Cleaner (洗碗員), you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and stewarding area.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and kitchenware, as well as sanitizing and maintaining utensils.
• Keep the kitchen and restaurant area clean according to Hotel’s standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• 清洗餐具及廚房用具，並負責消毒及維護器具
• 根據酒店標準保持廚房及餐廳區域的清潔
• 履行上司分配的工作
  
  

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Industry.
• Possess knowledge in operating dishwasher would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• 1年相關工作經驗
• 懂操作洗碗機優先考慮
• 良好溝通技巧
