Position: Relationship Manager (Operations)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Experience Required: 1+ years’ experience in financial operations, client onboarding, or back-office support (preferably in FX/CFD or institutional brokerage)

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager (Operations) is a key member of the STARprime operations team, supporting the full lifecycle of institutional client servicing. This role is focused on ensuring smooth onboarding, efficient handling of KYC and compliance requirements, and timely processing of client funding and operational requests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized and proactive with a client-first approach. You will work closely with institutional clients, sales and technology teams to deliver accurate, efficient, and reliable operational support. This role is well-suited for a motivated operations professional seeking to deepen their experience in institutional brokerage operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & KYC

  • Assist in onboarding new institutional clients ensuring all documents are collected and verified
  • Complete KYC/AML checks in line with regulatory requirements
  • Follow up with clients for missing documentation and maintain accurate onboarding records

Funding & Account Management

  • Process deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support the creation and management of crypto wallets for client funding
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth account setup and maintenance

Operational Support & Documentation

  • Maintain and update the master spreadsheet with client details, funding, and document status
  • Organize client folders and ensure all documents are correctly filed and easily accessible
  • Track and follow up on pending requests, escalating issues when necessary
  • Support reporting requirements and prepare operational summaries for management

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work closely with sales and technology teams to support client requests
  • Provide clear communication to internal stakeholders regarding client status and operational needs
  • Contribute to process improvements and share feedback to enhance operational efficiency

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive, reliable and disciplined in following up tasks
  • Strong communication skills, with a client-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of financial products, FX, and CFDs (preferred)
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and back-office tools
  • Familiarity with KYC & AML terminology

Required Experience

  • 1+ years’ experience in an operations, onboarding, or back-office role within financial services (FX/CFD brokerage preferred)
  • Exposure to institutional or B2B client servicing is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., MT5) and crypto funding processes an advantage
