YOUR IMPACT

As a Senior Account Executive based in Dubai, you will lead strategic sales initiatives across key UAE public sector entities, including the Ministry of Defense (MOD), Ministry of Interior (MOI), and other federal organizations. Youll represent OpenText’s comprehensive Cybersecurity portfolio, covering pillars such as Application Security, Data Security & Privacy, Identity & Access Management, and Security Operations.

You’ll collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product Leaders, and Channel Partners to drive growth, develop deep relationships, and guide customers through complex procurement cycles in the UAE.

What The Role Offers

  • Drive adoption of OpenText Cybersecurity solutions across the UAE federal sector, with a focus on MOD, MOI, and national security-aligned entities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure and account expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business value and ROI to customers
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with national digital security priorities
  • Influence stakeholders and procurement decision-makers within the UAE public sector ecosystem
  • Defend and grow OpenText’s presence in a highly strategic region

What You Need To Succeed

  • 10+ years of enterprise software or cybersecurity sales experience in the UAE public sector, preferably selling to MOD, MOI, and defense-affiliated entities
  • Strong understanding of UAE government procurement frameworks, defense/security compliance, and decision-making hierarchies
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota targets
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions such as Application Security, SIEM, Identity & Access Management, or Data Privacy
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with C-level and security leadership
