YOUR WINNING PLAY

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Sports Center & Shooting Club
• Manage bookings, memberships, guest enquiries, and reservations
• Deliver outstanding service and create memorable guest experiences
• Support events, competitions, training sessions, and club activities
• Maintain schedules, records, reports, and operational documentation
• Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
• Uphold safety, operational, and service excellence standards
• Assist with inventory control, equipment scheduling, and facility coordination
  
  

CAN YOU HIT THE TARGET?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in sports, leisure, hospitality, recreation, or customer-facing environments is an advantage
