We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team at our luxurious wellness sanctuary. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their experience is seamless and memorable. You will be responsible for greeting clients, addressing inquiries, and handling various administrative tasks with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure their comfort upon arrival.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries.
  • Schedule and manage appointments accurately using our scheduling software.
  • Provide information regarding spa services, pricing, and promotions to clients.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists to manage appointment timing and transitions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Process client payments and handle cash transactions securely and efficiently.
  • Resolve client issues or complaints with tact and escalate as necessary.
  • Manage inventory levels of spa products and merchandise at the front desk.
  • Assist in marketing and promotion efforts, including digital and in-spa displays.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at the spa.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of sales and appointment logs for management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality preferred.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail are required.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic office applications is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for customer satisfaction.
