Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of our clients and providing tailored software solutions that enhance their business operations. You will be the bridge between our innovative software products and the potential clients looking to leverage technology to achieve their business goals. Your ability to build rapport, understand complex software solutions, and drive sales will be crucial in this role. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present software solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for performance improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with potential clients to secure favorable terms.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team for continual improvement.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Support the marketing team in lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the software products and industry landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in software sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex technical concepts and presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically are critical.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients or attend events.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is advantageous.
